CASA VINARIA – TUSCAN COUNTRY HOUSE WITH PRIVATE POOL

Casa Vinaria is a charming Tuscan country house surrounded by vineyards and rolling hills, ideally located between Lucca and the Tuscan coast.

The house has been carefully renovated using traditional local materials. Terracotta floors, warm interiors and authentic Tuscan details create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.

The house, garden and swimming pool are reserved exclusively for our guests, so no areas are shared with anyone else.

Casa Vinaria is perfect for those seeking peace, nature and privacy while remaining within easy reach of Tuscany’s most famous cities of art, including Lucca, Pisa, Florence and Siena.

THE HOUSE

Casa Vinaria is arranged entirely on one level and features:

  • an open-plan living area with lounge and kitchen;
  • a double sofa bed;
  • a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven and fridge-freezer;
  • one double bedroom;
  • one bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet.

The house is tastefully furnished in a traditional Tuscan style, creating a warm, charming and authentic setting for your holiday.

PRIVATE GARDEN AND SWIMMING POOL

The property enjoys sunshine from sunrise to sunset and is ideal for outdoor living.

Outside, you will find a well-maintained, completely fenced private garden, offering privacy and peace of mind for guests travelling with children or pets.

The private swimming pool, measuring 4.60 × 2.60 metres, is open from April to October and is reserved exclusively for guests staying at Casa Vinaria. It is the perfect place to cool down and relax during warm summer days.

The outdoor area also features:

  • sun loungers;
  • a table, chairs and parasol;
  • a covered loggia;
  • a barbecue for outdoor lunches and dinners.

Enjoy the authentic Tuscan atmosphere while sipping a glass of wine surrounded by vineyards and nature.

Pets are welcome at Casa Vinaria. The property is completely fenced, providing additional privacy and peace of mind.

SERBACCO FAMILY PARK

At the foot of the hill, you will find Serbacco Family Park, a charming and relaxing place surrounded by nature and particularly appreciated by families.

The park is home to ponies, Tibetan goats, tortoises, geese, chickens and other farm animals. It also features wooden and traditional games, vintage carriages and a charming puppet theatre.

Serbacco Family Park is open to the public and may be livelier at weekends, while the surrounding area remains peaceful and blends naturally into the countryside.

Beach Club Service (June – September)

On request, guests can reserve a fully equipped beach tent at one of our partner Beach Clubs in Lido di Camaiore, approximately 25 minutes away by car.

The beach tent includes a large beach umbrella, 2 sun loungers, 2 deck chairs, 2 chairs and a table.

Special rate for our guests: €40 per day.

Getting around during your stay

We recommend having a car during your stay at Casa Vinaria, both for convenience and for exploring the surrounding area.

Lucca is approximately a 15-minute drive away, while the beaches of the Versilia coast can be reached in around 25–30 minutes. Pisa, Florence, Pietrasanta and many of Tuscany’s other main destinations are also easily accessible by car.

Free private parking is available at the property.
