Terms and Conditions

The booking is considered confirmed once the 30% deposit has been received by bank transfer within the timeframe stated in the booking confirmation.

The remaining 70% balance may be paid upon arrival.

The number of guests may not exceed the number stated in the booking unless previously agreed with the property. All guests must be properly registered in accordance with applicable Italian regulations.

Check-in is available from 4:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Guests are required to respect the house, furnishings, outdoor areas and property rules. Any damage must be reported promptly and may be charged to the responsible guest.

Pets are permitted only in properties where they are specifically allowed and must be communicated before arrival.

The property is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings left inside the accommodation or in the outdoor areas.

In the event of exceptional circumstances or force majeure making the stay impossible, the property will contact the guest as soon as possible to agree on the most appropriate solution.

By completing the booking, the guest confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions, the Cancellation Policy and the House Rules.
