House rules

• Please respect the house, its furnishings and the surrounding environment.
• Only registered guests may stay at the property, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
• Parties and events are not permitted without prior authorisation.
• Children must always be supervised by an adult, especially in the swimming pool and outdoor areas.
• Pets are welcome, but please inform us before your arrival.
• Please follow the waste disposal instructions provided at the property.
• Please inform us promptly of any damage, fault or problem so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.

We kindly ask all guests to respect the peace and tranquillity of the surrounding countryside, particularly during the evening and night.
