CASA MUSA – PRIVATE VILLA WITH POOL IN THE LUCCA HILLS

Casa Musa is a beautifully renovated villa with a private swimming pool, located in the peaceful hills near Lucca. Surrounded by the Tuscan countryside, it is the ideal setting for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.

The villa, garden and swimming pool are reserved exclusively for our guests, so no areas are shared with anyone else.

Sunny from sunrise to sunset, the property is perfect for outdoor living and offers spacious areas designed for relaxation, al fresco dining and children's enjoyment.

THE VILLA

Casa Musa is arranged over two floors.

Ground floor

  • living and dining area with TV and a double sofa bed;
  • dining room with fireplace;
  • fully equipped separate kitchen with oven, toaster, microwave, freezer and dishwasher;
  • one bathroom with shower.

First floor

  • two double bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom with shower;
  • one bedroom with two single beds.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.

PRIVATE GARDEN AND SWIMMING POOL

Outside, you will find a well-maintained garden with a private swimming pool and sun loungers. The pool is open from April until 31 October and is reserved exclusively for guests staying at Casa Musa.

The outdoor area also features:

  • a covered loggia with table and chairs, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners;
  • a barbecue;
  • a table tennis table.

Some outdoor areas are partially enclosed, providing additional privacy while preserving the open and natural character of the property.

Pets are welcome at Casa Musa.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

  • initial and final cleaning;

An additional change of bed linen and bathroom towels is available for €10 per person.

Beach Club Service (June – September)

On request, guests can reserve a fully equipped beach tent at one of our partner Beach Clubs in Lido di Camaiore, approximately 25 minutes away by car.

The beach tent includes a large beach umbrella, 2 sun loungers, 2 deck chairs, 2 chairs and a table.

Special rate for our guests: €40 per day.

Availability is subject to confirmation. Advance booking is recommended, especially during the high season.

Getting around during your stay

We recommend having a car during your stay at Casa Musa, both for convenience and for exploring the surrounding area.

Lucca is approximately a 15-minute drive away, while the beaches of the Versilia coast can be reached in around 25–30 minutes. Pisa, Florence, Pietrasanta and many of Tuscany’s other main destinations are also easily accessible by car.

Free private parking is available at the property.
