CASA MISTICA – PRIVATE VILLA WITH POOL IN THE LUCCA HILLS

Casa Mistica is a welcoming villa, recently renovated in April 2025, located in a peaceful hillside setting near Lucca. Surrounded by greenery, it offers beautiful views across the Tuscan countryside.

The villa, garden and swimming pool are for the exclusive use of our guests, so no areas are shared with anyone else.

Bright and sunny from sunrise to sunset, Casa Mistica is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday and for enjoying outdoor living in the Tuscan countryside.

THE VILLA

Casa Mistica is arranged entirely on one level and has been carefully furnished with charm in a traditional Tuscan style.

The villa features:

  • a living room with TV and a large glass window overlooking the panoramic patio;
  • two air-conditioned bedrooms;
  • a fully equipped, air-conditioned kitchen with oven, freezer, dishwasher, dining table and four chairs;
  • one bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin;
  • private parking inside the property.

PRIVATE GARDEN, PATIO AND SWIMMING POOL

Outside, you will find a spacious panoramic patio furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner while enjoying the surrounding Tuscan countryside. A barbecue is also available.

The private garden is completely fenced and also features a convenient outdoor shower.

The recently renovated private swimming pool is located just 10–15 metres from the villa and is reserved exclusively for guests staying at Casa Mistica.

The pool measures approximately 4 × 2.5 metres and has a uniform depth of 1.20 metres. It features comfortable built-in side steps and an elegant stone surround in keeping with the traditional Tuscan style.

PETS WELCOME

Pets are welcome at Casa Mistica. The property is completely fenced, providing additional privacy and peace of mind for guests travelling with their four-legged companions.

NEARBY AMENITIES

A tennis court is located approximately 100 metres from the villa.

Casa Mistica is only around 500 metres from the village of San Martino in Freddana, where you will find a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, pizzerias, delicatessen, butcher, bakery, café, tobacconist, hairdresser, laundry, newsagent and other useful local services.

SERBACCO FAMILY PARK

At the foot of the hill where Casa Mistica is located, you will find Serbacco Family Park, a nature-filled attraction particularly popular with families and children.

The park is home to ponies, Tibetan goats, tortoises, geese, guinea fowl, chickens and other animals. It also features traditional and wooden games, vintage carriages, green areas and a charming puppet theatre.

Serbacco Family Park is open to the public and may be livelier at weekends, while still maintaining a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.

Beach Club Service (June – September)

On request, guests can reserve a fully equipped beach tent at one of our partner Beach Clubs in Lido di Camaiore, approximately 25 minutes away by car.

The beach tent includes a large beach umbrella, 2 sun loungers, 2 deck chairs, 2 chairs and a table.

Special rate for our guests: €40 per day.

Availability is subject to confirmation. Advance booking is recommended, especially during the high season.

Getting around during your stay

We recommend having a car during your stay at Casa Mistica, both for convenience and for exploring the surrounding area.

Lucca is approximately a 15-minute drive away, while the beaches of the Versilia coast can be reached in around 25–30 minutes. Pisa, Florence, Pietrasanta and many of Tuscany’s other main destinations are also easily accessible by car.

Free private parking is available at the property.
