Casa Mimi

Casa Mimi is a charming Tuscan cottage with a private swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests, surrounded by the green hills of Lucca and ideally located between the historic city of Lucca and the Versilia coast.

The house, garden and swimming pool are entirely private: no spaces are shared with other guests.

The property enjoys sunshine from morning until evening and is ideal for guests who love outdoor living, relaxing in the garden and spending peaceful days by the pool.

Outdoor spaces

Outside you will find a private swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests, open from April until the end of October. The pool is approximately 1.20 m deep and is equipped with sun loungers. The entire pool area is fenced, making it particularly convenient for families with children.

A covered loggia provides a lovely space for outdoor lunches and dinners, while a barbecue and a well-kept private garden complete the outdoor areas.

The house

Casa Mimi features a living room with TV and a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with oven and fridge/freezer, a dining area, washing machine, one double bedroom with a 140 cm wide bed, and a bathroom with shower, WC and bidet.

The cottage has been carefully furnished in a traditional Tuscan style, with terracotta floors and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Pets

Small and medium-sized pets are welcome.

The owners live in the house opposite Casa Mimi but respect guests' privacy and discretion at all times. They have a friendly and calm Golden Retriever.

Location

The centre of San Martino in Freddana is approximately 500 metres away and offers a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, pizzerias, cafés, bakery, ice cream shop and other essential services.

A tennis court is approximately 600 metres away. Lucca and the beaches of the Versilia coast are both easily accessible by car.

Included in your stay

Initial and final cleaning, bed and bathroom linen, kitchen linen, pool towels, water, gas and electricity consumption, Wi-Fi, private parking and use of the swimming pool are included.

A baby cot and high chair are available on request. Additional linen change: €10 per person.

Beach Club Service (June – September)

On request, guests can reserve a fully equipped beach tent at one of our partner Beach Clubs in Lido di Camaiore, approximately 25 minutes away by car.

The beach tent includes a large beach umbrella, 2 sun loungers, 2 deck chairs, 2 chairs and a table.

Special rate for our guests: €40 per day.

Availability is subject to confirmation. Advance booking is recommended, especially during the high season.

Getting around during your stay

We recommend having a car during your stay at Casa Mimi, both for convenience and for exploring the surrounding area.

Lucca is approximately a 15-minute drive away, while the beaches of the Versilia coast can be reached in around 25–30 minutes. Pisa, Florence, Pietrasanta and many of Tuscany’s other main destinations are also easily accessible by car.

Free private parking is available at the property.
