Casa Elia is a beautifully restored former Tuscan barn, surrounded by the green hills between Lucca and the Versilia coast. Spacious, welcoming and completely independent, it is ideal for large families or groups of friends who wish to spend their holiday together without giving up space and privacy.
The villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and features a private swimming pool for exclusive use, a large garden and several outdoor areas where you can relax, dine and enjoy the peaceful Tuscan countryside. On request, a single inflatable mattress can be added for an 11th guest.
The house
On the ground floor there is a spacious living and dining area with fireplace, sofa and armchair, a fully equipped kitchen and a small sitting room with TV and a double sofa bed.
The sleeping area includes 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom serving these rooms. In the main part of the house there are a further 2 double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.
The bedrooms are air-conditioned and the house comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.
Outdoor spaces
Outside you will find a private swimming pool for the exclusive use of our guests (6 × 12 m), open from April to October and equipped with sun loungers.
A covered loggia and a furnished porch provide lovely spaces for outdoor dining, while the large lawn, barbecue area and private parking complete the outdoor facilities.
The property enjoys beautiful views over the surrounding countryside and hills: a peaceful place where you can enjoy privacy, silence and close contact with nature.
Location
Casa Elia is located in the hills approximately 10 km from Lucca, in an ideal position for exploring Tuscany and reaching the beaches of the Versilia coast, approximately 18 km away. Pietrasanta is around 25 km away, Pisa 37 km and Florence 90 km.

A baby cot and high chair are available on request. Pets are welcome. Additional linen change: €10 per person.

Upon request, it is possible to reserve a fully equipped beach tent at a partner Beach Club in Lido di Camaiore, about 25 minutes away by car.
The tent includes one large beach umbrella, 2 sun loungers, 2 deck chairs, 2 chairs and a table.
Special rate: €40 per day.

Getting around during your stay
We recommend having a car during your stay at Casa Elia, both for convenience and for exploring the surrounding area.
Lucca is approximately a 15-minute drive away, while the beaches of the Versilia coast can be reached in around 25–30 minutes. Pisa, Florence, Pietrasanta and many of Tuscany’s other main destinations are also easily accessible by car.
